All of your charges, payments, and refunds can be viewed on your account on this website. It is the guardian's responsibility to make payments as scheduled. Any account 60 days in arrears is subject to termination of classes.
**COVID-RELATED GYM CLOSURES:
Effective December 13th, 2020, the following policy is in place:
In the event of a Covid-related shutdown, DDGC will not issue a refund if it is two weeks or less. If it goes beyond 2 weeks, DDGC will refund or credit the remaining classes. Credits will be kept on the account until June 30th.
Partial payments for gymnastics classes are due at the time of registering. If partial payment is not received prior to classes beginning, your athlete will not be allowed to participate.
Full payments can be completed via credit card or e-transfer online, or via credit card, cash, or cheque in the office.
Partial payments can be completed via e-transfer or credit card pre-authorized online.
The Gymnastics BC, Gymnastics Canada, and the DDGC membership/insurance fees are non-refundable.
Withdrawal before classes begin - subject to a $20 administration fee
Withdrawal after classes begin (regardless of participation) - cost of classes attended + $20 administration fee
Fees will not be reduced or prorated if illness is less than 2 weeks, missed due to statutory holidays, or voluntary absences. Illnesses/injuries lasting more than 2 weeks will require a medical professional's note to receive a refund.
2020-2021 Membership/Insurance fee increase:
All members need to pay this fee effective September 1st, 2020.
The fee for recreational athlete participation is $78.00.
All membership and insurance fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and are valid until August 31, 2021.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque, e-transfer, Visa or MasterCard.
Payments can be made by credit card over the phone at no extra charge.
