Teen+ Sample Class

The Teen+ drop-in class is a skill, strength, and flexibility-based program that focuses on progressing adults, and teens 12 years and up through skill levels ensuring safe, engaging, and ongoing learning. Adults and teens of all levels will participate in a structured class that includes warm-up, stretching, conditioning, trampoline, events, and cool down. Each class will offer a period of free time towards the end of each 1.5-hour class where our highly trained coaches will move around to work specifically with individuals in skills.

What is a sample class?

A sample class is a program that runs for a shorter period of time and gives Gymnasts the chance to use it to prepare for the Fall Season. Families that register and attend a sample class will qualify for Priority Registration for the Fall.

Age Range: 12 years and up!

Last Day of Class: August 21

Registration Details

Program Price: $103

Registration Opens: June 5 at 1:00 PM

Registration Ends: July 15 at 4:00 PM

Please be advised: No late registrations will be permitted due to the short duration of programs this season.

Non-Refundable Fees:

A $25 Registration Fee is included within the program pricing listed above and will not be reimbursed in the event of withdrawing or transferring from a program. This includes same day registrations and withdrawals with the exception of extenuating circumstances.

These fees apply to the first registration for a gymnast within the calendar year. If you have already paid for insurance or membership within this calendar year then you will not be charged the next time you register your gymnast into a program. If you discover a duplicate charge, please do not hesitate to reach out to info@ddgc.ca and we can investigate.

Gymnastics BC Insurance ($43) is charged per gymnast once per calendar year per participant and covers from September 1 to August 31 for all recreational programs for that participant such as camps and classes. This insurance is through Gymnastics BC and is non-refundable and not eligible for proration.

DDGC Membership Fee ($36) is charged once per calendar year per participant, this fee is non-refundable. Membership fees help us to keep our program pricing as low as possible.

Registration Steps

1. Create an account or log in at www.ddgc.ca.

2. Read and acknowledge any pending policies on your account.

3. Go to "Registrations" in the top menu and select “Recreational” from the drop down menu.

If you are using a phone, this will be in the hamburger menu with 3 horizontal lines.

4. Scroll down and you will see a list view of our current programs.

Clicking on "Calendar" below the yellow section will change the list into a Calendar view (highly recommended!).

5. Select the program you wish to register for, if there is space available there will be a button that says "Register".

Read the program description before registration opens so that you are not missing any important information. After adding your participant, your program will go into your Shopping Cart temporarily so that you can add more programs to your shopping cart before checking out.

6. Follow the prompts and be sure to finish the check out process from your shopping cart.
