We want to remind everyone for the fall season that we are closed for the Thanksgiving Weekend from October 11 to 13. We hope that you have a good long weekend and a great harvest bounty from the wonderful artisan and food farms in our area. We are grateful for all the support that our members give us on a regular basis and many donate time to help us improve our club. This community is a wonderful community and we wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving. Take the time to explore.

PRO-D DAY CAMPS AND DROP-INS AVAILABLE THIS FALL 2025

Our upcoming Halloween themed camp and also a Fire & Ice November camp feature the seasons. It's great because as the weather turns, there's not as much to do outside, why not come and explore the club.  Or, if you are a member, why not try some apparatus or skills that you aren't able to do in the regular classes. Bring your classmates and show them what you can do. There are crafts and lots going on along with the gymnastics.

Our Drop-in classes are not set for a curriculum but you do have experienced coaches in the gym with you. Take advantage of that time to ask questions and again explore the gymnastics club without the commitment for a season. All these you need to create and account and then BOOK NOW button will lead you to the registration. We would prefer to book a day ahead so that we can organize our staffing better. You can also prebook dates for drop-in classes ahead of time if you now when you're available.

PRO-D DAY CAMPS

Looking for a way to keep your student active on their day off school? Register for a Pro D Day Camp where they can get exposure to gymnastics and the gym, have lunch, and make crafts! 

DDGC offers various camps for all ages throughout the year including Summer, Winter, Spring, and Pro D Day Camps. Typically, if school is out, camps are in session! These programs are a great way for gymnasts to stay active and social throughout school breaks. Highlights of our camp programs include themes, skill progression, fun games, teamwork and gym apparatus exploration.

GYMNAESTRADA 2025/2026

The DDGC Gymnaestrada Program

The DDGC Gymnaestrada Program is an advanced recreational program for athletes aged 7 and up. Adults are welcome to participate too! It provides opportunities for athletes to extend their involvement in gymnastics, tumbling, acrobatics, and circus skills via group performances both at the community, provincial, national and potentially the world level. 

This program will develop the gymnast’s physical and motor attributes:  strength, power, endurance and flexibility, as well as balance and spatial awareness.

Our Gymnaestrada Program is a 10-11 month commitment beginning in September or October and continuing until the end of June (provincial program) or July (national program). Training sessions will be two hours per week with some extra and/or extended practices closer to events.

WE HOST BIRTHDAY PARTIES!

An absolute blast for kids of all ages, Birthday Parties at DDGC are always a hit! Bookings are available to the public and cater to children with a wide variety of interests.

Birthday Parties are two hours in length. 

During the first hour, attendees are in the gym with certified instructors for structured games and activities. This is followed up by ½ hour in the party room! Families supply snack, beverages, cake, serving utensils, plates, cups, presents and decorations. For the final ½ hour, party go-ers are back in the gym for more fun and games. By the end of all the excitement, you are sure to leave our Gym with a very happy and tired Birthday Child!

It is important that if any participating child is under the age of 6 that you have a maximum of 14 kids, this includes younger siblings and the birthday child. Our coaches take great consideration in creating a party program that is safe and amusing for the attending age group. Children under the age of four years must be accompanied by a Caregiver.

Birthday Parties must be registered through your account on our website. These offerings are in high demand and fill up very quickly.
